Thank you for shopping with Volare. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Pre-orders & custom orders: Pre-order and custom-made items require 16–21 working days to prepare before they are shipped. This timeframe allows us to carefully craft and quality-check each piece. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with tracking details.
Please note: if your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order/custom items, the entire order will be dispatched together once all items are ready, unless you contact us to arrange separate shipments (additional shipping fees may apply).
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We ship across [Egypt / list your regions]. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Cairo & Giza: 2–4 working days
- Other governorates: 3–7 working days
- International orders (if applicable): 7–21 working days, depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Volare is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to [2–3] times. If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within [48 hours of delivery / 7 days of expected delivery] at [your email / WhatsApp number] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. For pre-order and custom items, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order, as production begins shortly after.
